  • TP-Link router
  • Modem (if applicable)
  • Ethernet cable
  • Power supply
  • Mobile/Laptop

🔌 Step 1: Connect the Hardware

  1. Turn off the modem (if using one).
  2. Connect modem to router:
    • Plug one end of the Ethernet cable into the modem.
    • Plug the other end into the blue WAN port of the TP-Link router.
  3. Power on the modem, then the router.
  4. Wait for 1–2 minutes for lights to stabilize.

📱 Step 2: Connect Your Device

You can do this wirelessly or with a LAN cable:

  • Wi-Fi: Look for the default SSID (Wi-Fi name) and password on the label under the TP-Link router.
  • LAN Cable: Connect your laptop directly to one of the yellow LAN ports.

🌐 Step 3: Login to Router Settings

  1. Open a browser on your connected device.
  2. Type 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1 in the address bar.
  3. Login using:
    • Username: admin
    • Password: admin (or see label under the router)

  2. Select your Internet connection type:
